Ana's House Cleaning offers regular housecleaning on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis.

In addition, we are available for special one-time cleans. These include move-in/move-outs, deep cleans, new construction clean up, and occasional maintenance cleans for customers that just need a little extra help.

Our most popular visit is every two weeks, but we will schedule according to your needs.

No. There are no contracts to sign. We are happy to earn your business each time we clean.

You do not need to be home, although of course you’re welcome to be.

Many of our customers provide us with a key to their home and, when necessary, alarm codes. We keep your keys and access information extremely secure.

We want you to enjoy the kind of continuity in your service that allows you to never think twice about it. We make every effort to send the same cleaner to your home for each visit.

Our goal is to provide you with consistency no matter what; even if circumstances demand a staffing change. Every employee is extensively trained to utilize the same efficient, effective cleaning techniques.

In the unfortunate event that a breakage occurs, we will promptly make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced. All Ana's House Cleaning employees are fully insured to guarantee the safety of your possessions.

Our goal is to give you the best cleaning possible each time. If something is not done to your satisfaction, call us within 24 hours and we will correct it for free, or give you a credit on your next clean.

Payment is due the day the service is performed. You may pay by check, Visa, or Mastercard.

Many customers leave a check, payable to Ana Chicas, on their kitchen table or countertop. For your convenience, if you prefer paying by credit card, a number may be left on file with us to use for each cleaning.

One-time cleans require a credit card payment.

Yes we do! Ana's House Cleaning Service makes a great gift, whether it’s for Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, a birthday or anniversary, or even to help a friend through a difficult time. Whatever the occasion, our gift certificates can be sent straight to the recipient or to you. Contact us for information.

Pets are not a problem. We do need to be notified if you own pets, and we like to know their names. If you have any special requests regarding your pets, or there are any special circumstances we should be aware of, we will want this information to be included on your work order.

Tips for our cleaners are neither expected nor required. Leaving them a simple note letting them know how well they did will mean a lot to them. Our cleaners want to know that their work met or exceeded your expectations. However, if you do wish to leave a tip, please place it on the kitchen counter.

If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you approximately one month in advance to reschedule. Our office observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas

Our employees are not available for direct hire. A great deal of time and resources is put into hiring our staff.

Each employee signs a contract with us agreeing not to solicit or accept direct employment from any of our customers for a period of two years from the date that employee last worked for Ana's House Cleaning Service.

We will arrive at your home we will be equipped with all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to thoroughly clean your home. Your first appointment generally takes the longest, as we will need time to get acquainted with a new environment. Subsequent appointments will move along faster.

We made a conscious choice to use microfiber towels instead of paper towels, because they are a true green cleaning product. Microfiber works extremely well as a cleaner without added chemicals and allows us to use less product while still doing an awesome job of cleaning. We also use refillable product bottles to reduce waste for landfills.
